CANTON, Mo. – ��������’s largest instrumental and vocal ensembles will share music from movies, musicals, television and Top Ten during the Spring Pops Concert at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 4 in the Alexander Campbell Auditorium on the C-SC campus.

Scott Allison’s Collegiate Choir will set the tone with a chorus of more than 60 voices by covering a classic Billy Joel piece, a la King Singers, as well as a Voces8 arrangement of the Ben Folds song “The Luckiest.” The choir then will change the pace to gospel with “City Called Heaven” and musical theatre with “You Will Be Found”  from Dear Evan Hansen.

The Wind Ensemble will open the instrumental half of the concert with the overture to Mozart’s “Marriage of Figaro” before featuring Concerto-Aria co-winner Hali Liles ’19, who will perform “I Could Have Danced All Night”���ڰ��dz���My Fair Lady.

Culver-Stockton’s largest instrumental ensemble, the Symphonic Band, will perform medleys from Mary Poppins ���Ի����¾���������as well as Sousa’s “Liberty Bell March” under the direction of Trent Hollinger. The C-SC Jazz Ensemble, directed by Aren Van Houzen, will finish the concert with works featuring vocalists Corbin Doucette ‘22, Kar’Mel Brewer ’21, and Daniel Welch ‘21, as well as vibraphonist Brianna Holder ‘21.
